Sheehan, Sheehan & Stelzner, P.A. is a Martindale-Hubbell "AV" rated firm headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and maintains branch offices in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The firm, which currently employs thirteen attorneys and enjoys an "Of Counsel" relationship with five attorneys, is engaged in a general civil, trial and appellate practice in all state and federal courts in New Mexico and Wyoming. When the firm first opened its doors in 1950, its focus was on insurance defense work. Although insurance defense work remains an important part of our practice, we have gradually expanded our services to encompass such diverse areas as administrative law, art law, aviation law, commercial disputes, complex litigation, construction and procurement law, employment law, environmental law, insurance coverage, products liability and mass torts, natural resources and water law. We also provide services in the areas of arbitration and mediation, grand jury representation and criminal defense, legislative relations, reapportionment law and land use and real estate law.

From its inception, Sheehan, Sheehan & Stelzner has sought to deliver personalized services tailored to the individual needs of clients. Indeed, the firm’s growth over the years has been in response to and reflects, in large measure, the expressed needs of its clients.

Our primary goal as a firm is to render cost-effective legal services which address and respect each client’s needs and desires.
